Deadline for registration will be on July 18 2009. The bracketing for the representatives (bracket A) and the new bracket (bracket B), will not be merged during the elimination rounds. The top 4 teams of bracket A will go to SM, same with bracket B. On July 24, the top 8 teams will be merged and another bracketing will be done.
